Did you know that you can filter your clippings by the size of the conversation they have generated?
In the upper left part of the dashboard you will see the option “order by”, there you can select the option “conversation size”.
The size of the conversation takes into account the number of comments, replies or retweets that have generated a mention.
Filter by conversation size allows ordering the clippings that have generated more interaction, that is, those that have caused users to comment on it. Carrying out this sort of sorting or filtering can be useful on several occasions.
For example: if clippings with a large conversation size have a negative feeling associated with them, they can alert us to a possible reputation crisis.
It can also be useful to discover which topics related to the brand that cause more interaction by users.
