With the new My Reports local filters, take your reports to the next level! ??

Are you familiar with the My Reports tool? If the answer is NO, first take a look at this post!

If, on the other hand, you are already using the My Reports templates to create reports, you will be glad to know that you can apply local filters to each box. This means that you can now create more complete templates and reports applying different parameters and filters within the same template. Then we show you, step by step, how to do it.

First, you must access My Reports and open one of your saved templates or, if not, create it. For example, we will edit the template “Volume, terms and sentiment” to apply local filters:

Then select one or more ‘boxes’ by clicking on the box at the top left of the box. As you can see, the parameters that you can change to apply the filter in the selected box appear in yellow:

For example, if you want the volume graph to be displayed at 30 days instead of 7 days (generic filter), you must select the ‘box’ and apply the filter “When” -> “Last 30 days”. Having said that, the data will be updated in the corresponding chart:

When you save the template, the applied filter will be saved so that when you open the template again, the applied local filters will already appear. That’s it!
