Until now we only showed the reach of mentions or clippings from Social Networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) based on the followers that each account has. But now, in addition to this, we already show the reach of the mentions coming from the online press.
This data is extracted from an estimate of the number of unique visitors received by each of the media.
Importance of the potential reach:
The reach or reach of a clipping is a relevant fact because it tells us how many people can get this mention. In cases of negative mentions or this data is essential to know how many people have been able to get that information and, thus, be able to determine if we are facing a possible crisis of reputation.
Where to find the data:
- Compact mode: the data appears in the third column (Folowers).
- Conversation mode and expanded mode: the data is in the upper part of the clipping next to the name of the medium.
